Job Description:
This position is remote with a pay of up to £500 per day.

Position Purpose:
The CE&E IMI team aims to create impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through integrated engagements. This role is part of the Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team, focusing on designing personalized, outcome-oriented customer experiences grounded in insights and human-centered design.
The Content Adaptation Manager will collaborate with the agency to deliver quality creative adaptations of centrally created content based on inputs from CX Strategy & Design teams and local engagement plans. The role also involves managing the process between the CX Engagement & Channel Team and the Content Hub Production team to ensure briefs are properly received, uploaded, and managed for localization.
Major Accountabilities:
* Work with the CX Engagement & Activation Director and agency to understand customer journeys and content plans for creative adaptation of assets.
* Brief Content Hub Production Team and manage revisions.
* Support adaptation of above-market content to local regulations.
* Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization for timely execution.
* Coordinate with Content Hub and CX Activation Director on localization and engagement plan delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian.
* Marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills.
* Experience with content adaptation in agencies or on the client side.
* Solid understanding of content quality aspects.
* Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
Desirable Requirements:
* Understanding of the regulatory environment for marketing to HCPs.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Highly collaborative and able to partner with agencies.
