As a Senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and driving the technical aspects of our projects, using your expertise in technology to deliver high quality solutions This role requires a experience with solid technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering solutions. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, support junior members of the team, and strive to improve how we deliver our technology. Role - Fixed Term Contract to 31/12/2026 Salary - £ 50,395 to £55,434 Location - Leeds/West Yorkshire Key Responsibilities The role involves day-to-day responsibility to: Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance, and support to foster growth and excellence. Lead technology projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence. Work with project teams to plan, estimate and deliver appropriate solutions Contribute to design and architectural decisions, providing feedback leading to better solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment between technology and business needs. Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and value delivery. Create, maintain and enforce policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of technology systems and data. Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer. Qualifications & Skills 4 years of experience in senior-level roles in IT with a proven track record of solution delivery. Extensive knowledge and experience in managing enterprise-level technology infrastructure, systems, and applications. Expert knowledge of cloud computing, and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. Excellent communication and good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence IT managers. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) and advanced degrees are a plus.
