Osmii, part of the HW Group, operates in the software manufacturer and consultancy market, recruiting technology driven professionals globally. We have long standing relationships with some of the biggest consultancies in the world, such as Wipro and PWC, and have staffed exciting investor backed businesses that have gone on to huge acquisitions and IPO.
We have a requirement for a Consultant to join our go-to-market team. This team recruits commercially led profiles with exciting fintech, cyber, IoT, AI and data software companies. Typical positions include, Vice President Sales, Sales director, Practice Lead, Senior Manager to Director, and Account Executives. The team has an international focus, and has assignments from the UK to Germany to Dubai.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone personable, confident, and naturally curious - someone who thrives on building relationships and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. In addition to this, you'll have:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and candidates alike
* A confident, proactive approach - you're comfortable starting conversations and asking the right questions
* A genuine interest in people and a desire to understand what makes businesses tick
* The ability to influence and engage others through consultative conversations, not just sales pitches
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results.
What will you be doing?
* Building a target account list and communicate the value proposition of Osmii to new and existing clients via discovery calls and meetings
* Attend meetups and specific events in your market
* Build succession plans with the best senior passive profiles on the market
* Build relationships with stakeholders within complex organisations and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of their business
* Analyse clients’ business needs, inspire, challenge thinking, lead change and create urgency
* Accurately forecast account pipeline and maintain sales pipeline process/system.

Please note Osmii operate 5 days a week together in the office, there is no negotiation on this. We are family friendly, and support early finishes, late starts for childcare responsibilities.
