Location: Barton School, Barton-upon-Humber DN18 6DA
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent; Term Time only

4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial – you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours) while receiving full-time pay. 4DWW is subject to probation and is not a contractual benefit. This role supports a school that is implementing 4DWW where applicable.
Barton School is a specialist setting for children and young people with autism, aged 5 to 19. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated school community.
About the Role
As a Primary SEN Teacher you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils’ achievement and ability to develop. You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative teaching style, motivated by helping every pupil reach their potential.

Options Barton School provides specialist education for pupils aged 8-19 years with Autism and associated complex needs and behaviours that challenge. Based in Barton Upon Humber, North Lincolnshire, we are within easy reach of Barton, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Hull and surrounding towns. Additional Information

You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
