This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior creator or student who wants to build their portfolio, gain hands-on experience, and have real creative freedom across our social media channels — especially Instagram and LinkedIn. What You’ll Do * Create engaging social media content (reels, stories, carousels, posts) to promote our brand and highlight our recruitment services. * Develop and manage Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns to boost engagement and reach. * Work closely with our team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas. * Capture and edit short-form videos (e.g., behind-the-scenes clips, job tips, recruitment insights). * Assist with copywriting for captions, blog posts, and email newsletters. * Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
