Job title: Registered Branch Manager

Location: Eastbourne

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm as well as on call responsibilities to be arranged in branch.

Pay: £45,000 per annum

Our aim is to lead the care industry by providing high quality, personalised and specialist home care services to our clients and our communities.

Due to the current changes within our organisation and becoming a Franchise organisation, we are looking for a dynamic and independent professional with solid operational experience and a flexible, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude to manage our Eastbourne location. You will be leading and supporting your team in ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met. You will be responsible for developing your team to meet all demands and ensure continued success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be CQC registered for the branch
2. Manage the daily operation within the branch to ensure a cost effective and efficient service delivery
3. To assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets
4. Achieve and maintain Registered Manager status
5. Ensure compliance with ISO and all legislative requirements
6. Maintain accurate records
7. Manage all branch level complaints
8. Manage a team of Field Care Supervisors
9. Provide reports to Regional Managers/Head Office as and when required
10. Identify training and development needs for all branch staff
11. Presenting to prospective new clients
12. Maintaining great relationships with existing clients
13. Key account management
14. Advising on pay rate changes
15. Ensure the effective placement of staff to meet client needs
16. Manage the accurate processing of weekly timesheets via Webroster
17. On call duties as arranged locally

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

18. Occasionally support with the day-to-day responsibilities of the team when required
19. Be a champion for internal customer service
20. Do any other reasonable things your manager needs you to do

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake enhanced DBS/PVG, right to work, reference and employment history checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice. You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
