This developer has a strong pipeline of sites coming up in the region, offering job security and progression for the right person. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the residential site. * Ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure the project progresses on time and within budget. * Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to building plans. * Provide on-site support and guidance to construction teams to resolve any issues that arise. * Assist in managing project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and health and safety records. * Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders as needed. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in residential construction or a similar role, with a strong understanding of site management. * Experience in working with both internal teams and external contractors. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to solve problems efficiently. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * CSCS card and relevant qualifications (SSSTS or SMSTS desirable but not essential).
