Project Manager (client side) - Up to £55,000 - Maidenhead (Hybrid)
We are actively seeking a Project Manager to join a client side consultancy, covering refurbishment and fit-out projects to commercial properties across the Thames Valley and London regions.
Our client is a leading property consultancy who are managing a roll-out framework of refurbishments, M&E replacements and fit-outs to commercial premises up to the value of £1m.
You will need to have experience within fit-out or refurbishment projects and a good understanding of the NEC Form of Contract. Within your role you will be overseeing projects from inception through to handover and at times managing multiple projects at any one time, at different stages.
