Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to one junior colleague/rotational staff member.
MDT Collaboration: Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and doctors to ensure holistic, patient-centred care.
Service Development: Contribute to audits, CPD, and service improvements within the Cardiorespiratory pathway.
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration (Jersey Care Commission registration will be required).
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in a relevant specialist area (Acute/Medical/Frailty).
