1. Designing and delivering tailored EHCPs to meet individual student needs
2. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to support holistic development
3. Creating inclusive, nurturing classroom environments
4. Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to ensure every child can succeed
What We’re Looking For
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
6. Experience working with children with special educational needs
7. Strongmunication and organisational skills
8. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching
