Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity
Fixed term secondment (12 months) to cover substantive post holders maternity leave. Existing permanent employees must discuss the opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The request form and associated policy are available on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages; the form must be signed by the substantive line manager and submitted to the candidate for the interview.
Responsibilities
* Implement, project manage, train and coach users, and facilitate benefits realisation of NHS digital projects.
* Manage the rollout of digital projects, including the asset refresh programme and engagement with clinical staff, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in Healthcare IT projects.
* Project management experience with demonstrable excellent business/process analysis skills.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience, and relevant professional qualifications.
* Experience using IT; NHS background with knowledge of clinical IM&T systems desirable.
Requirements
* Full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term secondment – 37 hour week (reduces to 36 hours from 1/4/26 with corresponding hourly rate increase).
* Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
* Willingness and ability to travel across NHS Forth Valley; hybrid working is available.
