My client is a large healthcare business in the local area that are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their busy payroll department.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll processing for the business.
The role is office based but offers great flexible working.
Responsibilities
Managing the payroll processing
Processing reports and dealing with complicated payroll related data
Solving queries in relation to payroll and dealing with employees issues for payroll
Using Sage payroll system for payroll processing
Processing and dealing with timesheets of employees of the other sites of the businessRequirements
Able to responsibilities in payroll
Examples to show your experience of balancing workload
Previous experience processing complex payrolls
Need to be up to date on legislation
Experience of working with other departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
