During your training period you will be required to operate as a key member of the Peopletoo team and develop knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Researching innovation and best practice in public service delivery
- Contributing to evidence-based diagnostics including: interviewing and engaging with key stakeholders; designing and facilitating workshops; mapping and re-engineering key business processes; reviewing and redesigning service delivery, including structures; assessing value for money of commissioned services
- Preparing presentations for clients – developing appropriate messages for different audiences
- Management of projects – developing plans for implementation, managing risk and managing live projects
