APT are recruiting for a Key Account Manager to work with the company's biggest, most important customers to build long term, strategic partnerships. Developing and managing relationships. Industrial door knowledge preferable, not essential, however must have experience in similar role.

Duties
· To ensure the long-term success of the company by acting as a constant point of contact for their customers and motivating those around you by your actions
· Resolving client issues
· Managing and monitoring the account including working with admin staff
· Completing any quoted work, further work and ordering of all parts required within an acceptable time to offer the service expected to the customer
· Managing new leads and quoting
· Following up clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service
· Going the extra mile
· To meet the company standards in all areas of your role
Skills required
· Excellent communication skills - communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in a transaction.
Communicate effectively with all departments and management.
· Leadership - when interacting with customers and employees. This might involve guiding team members and taking responsibility for the training of new team members.
· Adaptability - Customers may change their minds at the last minute or want a different approach, also to be able to adapt to changes with the workplace

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
