Business Manager – Construction Recruitment
£40,000 + Commission/ Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and develop a small team of junior recruiters whilst continuing to bill and grow your own desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from either a blue collar or white collar construction recruitment background who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and being part of a business with genuine growth plans and earning potential.

The role:
* Managing, mentoring and developing a small team of recruiters
* Running and growing your own billing desk
* Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Attending client meetings and site visits
* Leading by example in business development activity
* Supporting the growth and performance of the wider team
* Working within a warm, well-established market with strong brand presence
What they’re looking for:
* Previous recruitment experience within construction, industrial or a similar fast-paced sector
* Experience managing or mentoring recruiters is highly desirable
* Strong business development and client relationship skills
* Confident, charismatic and commercially driven personality
* Someone ambitious who enjoys being out meeting clients and developing business
* Motivated by progression, success and strong earning potential
