We’re looking for resilient, adaptable individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants, supporting schools across Greater Norwich.
In this role, you’ll work closely with pupils who have a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. You’ll play a vital part in helping them stay engaged, emotionally regulated, and ready to learn. No two days are the same—this is a hands-on, rewarding role where your attitude, consistency, and confidence will make a genuine impact.
While experience in education, care, or youth work is valuable, what truly matters is your resilience, positivity, and willingness to step up when it counts.
Travel Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as you may be required to travel between schools at short notice.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs
Using structured strategies to boost engagement and progress
Assisting with literacy and numeracy development
Managing behaviour with calmness, clarity, and consistency
Helping to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
