We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to help scale and enhance our suite of user-facing applications. This is a mid-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment, enjoys critical thinking, and isn’t afraid to challenge requirements to get to the root of problems. What You’ll Do Build and maintain user-facing applications across our product suite. Collaborate closely with Product Designers to clarify requirements and critique designs. Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions. Apply modern front-end paradigms and cutting-edge solutions. Participate in 2-week sprints within our highly agile, startup-like environment. Use AI development tools of your choice (we provide allowances — current team uses Copilot, Cursor, Claw). What We’re Looking For 3-4 years of experience in front-end development (startup/scale-up environment preferred). Proficiency with our core stack: React Router TanStack Query (state management) Radix (component library) Tailwind CSS Familiarity with server-side rendering is a plus. Critical thinker — able to question assumptions and identify pitfalls early. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal long-term planning. Fun, collaborative, and easy to work with.
