We are recruiting a permanent Grade 6 Senior Support Worker for the Care4CE Mental Health Reablement service, working 21 hours per week (7 hours per day over 3 set days). The role primarily involves working Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, with occasional early evenings. The service is based in Delamere House, Crewe and covers the south of Cheshire East.
About the Role
The Mental Health Reablement team provides short‑term, practical support to people experiencing mental health issues. Support includes debt management, housing, education, employment, social inclusion, daily living skills, coping techniques, promotion of social inclusion, and goal setting to maximise independence. You will manage your own caseload and work independently in the community.
