Roles
* Lead and support a team of Care Assistants on shift
* Administer medication and ensure care plans are up-to-date
* Maintain accurate records and support compliance standards
* Mentor and support new and junior staff members
* Assist residents with personal care and ensure their dignity is upheld
* Liaise with families, GPs, and external healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Must be eligible to work in the UK (No visa sponsorship provided)
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
