The Role – Female PE Teacher
This rewarding position involves delivering high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a strong emphasis on boosting girls’ involvement in physical education. You'll play a key role in nurturing teamwork, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of movement in your students.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering an engaging, inclusive PE curriculum for all ability levels.
Inspiring girls to develop positive relationships with sport, fitness, and body image.
Organising and leading extracurricular sports clubs, events, and school teams.
Creating a nurturing, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and personal growth.
Collaborating with the PE team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience in sports coaching or youth development.
A clear passion for empowering girls through physical education.
Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
A positive, reflective approach to teaching and learning.
A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
