Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.
* Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

* Support project managers in scope definition, planning, and monitoring project progress.
* Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
* Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, and status reports.
* Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to elicit and validate requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in project environments.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
