Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic Sports Coach in thriving schools across Royston to help students build confidence, teamwork skills, and a love for fitness.
As a Sports Coach, you will play a key role in promoting health and wellbeing among pupils through engaging PE lessons and extracurricular activities. Your enthusiasm and leadership will help motivate students to participate in sports and stay active.
Responsibilities as a Sports Coach:
* Deliver a range of PE and sports sessions in line with the national curriculum.
* Encourage participation, teamwork, and fair play.
* Support pupils in developing their physical fitness, coordination, and confidence.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify and support students with additional needs.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Lead or support lunchtime and after-school sports clubs and activities.
Requirements for Sports Coach:
* Previous experience working as a Sports Coach or in a similar role within an educational or youth setting.
* Strong knowledge of a range of sports and physical activities.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to manage groups of young people in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
* A valid enhanced DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
* A full, up-to-date CV with a clear employment history and explanations for any gaps within the last 10 years.
