Engagement expectations
* Clearance: Due to the secure nature of the work, active DV clearance is likely to be required for technical roles, with SC clearance relevant for some BA / delivery roles, subject to final requirements.
* Working pattern: This work is expected to be delivered within restricted, high-assurance environments, likely requiring a significant on-site presence, with delivery approaches aligned to security constraints.
* Fees: Rates are agreed per engagement and aligned to role seniority, experience and scope.

Who you are
An experienced ServiceNow professional, operating within one or more of the following disciplines:
* ServiceNow Developer (configuration, customisation, scripting and integration)
* ServiceNow Technical Architect (platform / solution design)
* Technical Business Analyst (ITSM / ITOM focused)
* ServiceNow Functional Consultant (ITSM-led delivery)
You will be comfortable operating within regulated, secure environments, confident working across ServiceNow platforms, and able to support hands-on delivery — from requirements and design through to configuration, build and optimisation.
