Job Description
6. H&S Manager for 2,500 properties across Yorkshire and the North East
7. Line management of a H&S Officer with support from the wider compliance team
8. Construction and Corporate H&S for the organisation
9. H&S policies and procedures
10. CDM
11. Management of the H&S dashboard matrix and the Assure system
12. Fire risk actions
13. H&S training and development
14. Site inspections, risk assessments and method statements
15. Incident investigations
16. To work in partnership with key stakeholders including the property services team and HSE
The Successful Applicant
17. NEBOSH qualification
18. H&S expertise including IOSH, CDM and RIDDOR
19. Experience operating in a similar role in the housing or care sectors
20. Understanding of construction/maintenance H&S
21. Commutable distance of York
