Are you an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive Salford primary school?
TeacherActive are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Salford to recruit a dedicated Primary Teacher for a long-term position. This is a full-time class teacher role, with salary to scale following a successful trial period.
About the Role:
Full-time classroom teaching position within a KS1 or KS2 class (specific year group will be confirmed based on your strengths and preferences).
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Collaborate with other staff members to support pupil wellbeing, progress and development.
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.
A warm, enthusiastic and resilient approach to teaching.
A commitment to providing a high standard of education and pastoral care.
