Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients’ fast-paced, customer-focused team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a frontline role where you’ll provide support to customers, resolve queries, and ensure every interaction delivers a positive experience.
What you’ll do:
* Manage B2C queries via online platforms, email, social media, and live chat
* Work towards first-time resolution and customer satisfaction targets
* Keep customers updated on order progress, arrange credits or replacements where needed
* Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, supply chain, sales) to ensure smooth order journeys
* Provide accurate product information and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
* Process information through internal systems and maintain accurate records
