We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.What youll be doingBuild strong relationships with residents across Independent Living schemes, maintaining a visible and supportive presenceLead community engagement initiatives and activities that promote wellbeing and reduce isolationDeliver high-quality tenancy and housing management support tailored to older residentsWork with internal teams and external agencies to support safeguarding, wellbeing, and tenancy sustainmentIdentify opportunities to improve scheme environments, communal spaces, and overall customer experienceMonitor repairs, maintenance issues, and asset performance to ensure schemes remain safe and fit for purposeComplete and maintain Individual Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (iPeeps) for residents who require additional supportUse customer feedback, data, and insight to drive continuous improvement and shape future servicesWhat were looking for:Youll be a compassionate and proactive leader who genuinely cares about creating positive outcomes for older people.
