Description

Come and join us in Child Family Health Devon (CFHD) to develop our DBT provision across the county. Our services for children and young people have been transforming and we are looking for an experienced colleague to support the development of a sustainable DBT provision for all young people in Devon who may need it. We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic colleague to join us as a Clinical Team Manager on a fixed term basis until the end of March 2026. You will support the operational and clinical development of a high quality, sustainable DBT program, embedded in our mood and emotions (MERs) pathway, but integrated to offer provision across the mental health pathways. You will work alongside the Clinical Lead and Assistant Psychologists who will form part of this project, whilst also working collaboratively with experienced and newly training colleagues in the three localities in Devon.

We are passionate about our work and are committed to providing high quality services across Devon to improve outcomes for children and young people.

We would love to hear from experienced colleagues who have knowledge and experience in the DBT model alongside positive leadership skills to ensure success of this project.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Team Manager, you will be involved in the development of DBT within the mental health pathways.
