Job Title: Retail Van Service Specialist
Are you an efficient administrator, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team! As our Retail Van Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for the maintenance of MyVan, leading team engagement with the system, embedding it into business as usual, and ensuring best practice adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the development of a community of super users to champion OpenFleet across Retail.
2. Delivering ad-hoc training and guidance to field and department teams.
3. Conducting compliance checks and supporting SLA adherence.
4. Administering and maintaining user access.
5. Updating operational manuals and supporting system implementation and testing.
6. Collating and sharing feedback and data with Retail Service and Transport.
7. Mailbox management.
We're looking for someone with experience in retail or logistics, with strong administrative and organisational skills.
Qualifications:
* A solid understanding of the OpenFleet system.
* Knowledge of DBS administration.
* Previous experience using databases.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Working knowledge of MS Office.

Working Arrangements:
This is a secondment opportunity until March 2026. The role is blended, located between your home and our Northampton office, with travel to other offices and stores as required. Our colleagues on blended contracts spend at least one day per week in the office, with flexibility based on role activities.
