We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
* Deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills, reliable, hardworking, with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative.
