Job Description
As part of the project team and under the guidance of the Project Director/Manager, the Contract Manager will effectively administer post-award of the main contract and address all aspects related to the contract with the client. Responsibilities include:
* Management and interpretation of contractual clauses between the company and the client.
* Monitoring contractual milestones and related payments with the Project Director/Manager.
* Serving as the point of contact for the client on contractual matters.
* Managing all variations and invoicing on the project.
* Advising the Project Director/Manager on any project execution aspects deviating from the contract requirements.
* Managing contractual and commercial risks to ensure early identification and proper management.
