Capital Code provides holistic Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and Investment Advisory services to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and Family Offices, as well as Corporate Advisory / Finance Services to our Corporate Clients.
We are seeking a junior Client Advisor Assistant to join the team and to provide comprehensive support to our Client Advisors in managing and growing client relationships.
This role will be based in London.
Key Accountabilities
1. Assist Client Advisors with the management of Client’s wealth in line with their aspirations and risk appetite.
2. Proactively contribute to developing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with the firm’s Clients.
3. Provide support for client meetings, for example, preparation of meeting packs, attending meetings where required and taking ownership of post meeting actions.
4. Contact clients as requested by the Client Advisors in order to ensure client’s needs are met, including arrangement of meetings, annual reviews and similar activities.
5. Provide support as necessary in responding to client queries.
6. Handle client orders, such as payment requests, account opening etc.
7. Prepare and maintain client documentation, reports and records.
Knowledge And Experience
1. Experience of at least 2-3 years in service industry preferably within the financial sector. Good knowledge of operational tasks (client communications, information processing, producing reports, managing schedules).
2. Experience in Client facing support roles and / or in assisting client advisors, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Proactive and competent at maintaining client data and communicating with clients.
4. Bachelors Degree/university graduate at a minimum.

3. Very good telephone manner, comfortable handling client queries.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adjust to feedback and to provide constructive feedback.
5. High accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Well organised and efficient.
Technical Skills
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general IT and online tools knowledge.
2. Ability to learn to use the company’s platforms and systems.
