SDR/B2B APPOINTMENT SETTER U.S. Market (Sustainability & Compliance) Location: Leeds (Office-Based) Hours: 4:00pm12:30am UK Time Salary: £25,000£28,000 basic (DOE) Uncapped Commission Contract: Full-Time, Permanent The Role We are hiring for a specialist campaign on behalf of a UK-based sustainability and compliance consultancy targeting major U.S.-based retailers and manufacturers. This role is focused on strategic outbound calling not high volume, but high quality. Your job is to engage with senior decision-makers, uncover pain points, and book qualified sales appointments into the Sales Directors diary. About the Client The client is a trusted partner to large multinational retailers and manufacturers, offering a high-value managed service that helps businesses: Collect and manage complex packaging data Navigate ever-changing environmental regulations Improve sustainability performance and ESG reporting Avoid reputational and financial risk Their solution combines software with hands-on support, making it a premium offering with long-term commercial value. Key Responsibilities Cold calling U.S.-based prospects (data provided) Engaging with leaders in packaging, sustainability, compliance or own-brand roles Qualifying prospects through intelligent, consultative conversations Booking sales-ready meetings into the Sales Directors diary using Calendly Accurately logging call notes and updates in HubSpot Following up on conversations and ensuring smooth handovers Ideal Candidate Profile Previous success in B2B sales, appointment setting or SDR/BDR roles Confident communicating with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level and above) Clear, calm and professional on the phone Able to uncover pain points, build rapport and ask insightful questions Comfortable repeating and explaining technical messages Resilient, coachable and target driven Bonus: Experience in sustainability, compliance, packaging, SaaS or managed services Working Hours 4:00pm 12:30am UK time Aligns with U.S. East Coast to West Coast business hours Office-based role in Leeds Salary & Commission Basic salary of £25,000£28,000 depending on experience Uncapped commission structure Top-tier commission only accessible when consistently hitting/exceeding monthly targets Why Apply Join a campaign with real-world environmental and regulatory impact Focus on quality conversations and long-term sales opportunities Be supported with full training, quality data, and leading CRM tools Work alongside a proven UK consultancy on a mission to drive global change
