The Role
You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* Lease extensions, shared ownership, and new builds
* Help-to-buy and other scheme-based transactions
* Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
