From trade shows to customer engagement events across Europe, North America, India and Asia, you’ll manage every detail – planning, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end planning and delivery of global events, ensuring events align with marketing objectives to maximise ROI.


Key responsibilities include

* Event planning and execution: Manage all aspects of event planning from conception to completion for all global events: trade shows, conferences, hosted customer events – both in-person and digital.
* End to end project management: Run all aspects of event planning and execution including logistics, purchasing, creative, marketing and on-site management for events from small tabletops to shell schemes to large bespoke builds.
* Budget and time management: Track and manage budgets ensuring activities are cost-effective and delivered on time and on budget.
* Supplier management: Liaise with and manage relationships with suppliers: organisers, travel, construction, marketing and agencies to ensure successful and timely event delivery.
* Stakeholder coordination: Consult with key internal decision makers, and regional sales management for event planning. Work alongside international sales agents and distributors where presence is shared. Coordinate with logistics and equipment support colleagues. Plan and arrange colleagues’ attendance.
* Event performance: Maximise event performance though brand impact, lead generation and ultimately return on investment.
* Marketing and Campaign integration: Work with the wider marketing team to support the production of event-based marketing collateral, creative, digital content, advertising, email and CRM. Evaluate and book sponsorship and speaking opportunities where relevant.
* Performance analysis: Monitor, analyse and report upon event performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.


Required Skills and Experience

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event management and marketing or related role in B2B context
* Degree qualified or equivalent
* Qualification in Marketing (e.CIM), business or related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Apps
* Adobe Creative Cloud Experience

The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills along with strong budget management and numeracy skills. You will be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language and have the ability to think creatively and analytically. Being highly organised and able to collaborate effectively across the business you will be resilient and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple events at once.


Other Requirements

* There will be the requirement to travel to support international events. This may require travelling on weekend and/or evening with overnight stays.
* Travel will require you to have a valid passport and the ability to travel to EU, USA, India and Asia.
* The role will be contracted to work from our Head Office in Speke, Liverpool, with current flexibility to work from home 2/3 days per week following an induction/training period.
