A bit about the job: The successful individual will be home based and join our North East Broker Development team, a key part of Aviva's UKGI business with regular travel to the region required. We work closely with our internal stakeholders and brokers to deliver our growth strategy, helping them make better business decisions and unlocking new opportunities. You'll lead external engagement, manage sales pipelines and provide insights that shape our strategy. This role is all about building strong relationships and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
