We are recruiting an Ocean Freight Operator to join our operations team in Manchester where you will work within our sea freight team to manage day-to-day business cases for export shipments, liaise with our clients keeping them updates on the status of their goods, as well as issue and monitor all the relevant transport/clearance documents. Providing a first class customer service experience your role is a highly pivotal position within the business, upholding our exemplary standards and safeguarding the timely export of all ocean freight.
