Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Scheduler. The Customer Service Scheduler will be responsible for managing and scheduling service appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction, following up on customer inquiries, and maintaining communication between customers and technicians. Daily tasks include handling customer support calls, monitoring service schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Qualifications
* Logistics background and mindset, to ensure accurate fieldstaff day to say route is mapped out.
* Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining effective Communication
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
