Key Responsibilities: • Manage and Support Conveyancing Transactions: You'll play a pivotal role in our residential conveyancing department, handling a diverse range of matters from initiation to post-completion. • Diverse Caseload Expertise: Your work will encompass various aspects, including freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build transactions, and shared ownership schemes. • Leadership and Client Development: As a team leader, you'll not only manage but also expand your client portfolio, requiring proven managerial skills and a flair for business development. What We Need From You: • In-depth Legal Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and experience within the CQS framework. • Commercial Acumen: A keen sense for business, capable of managing both individual caseloads and a team. • Client-Focused Approach: Our firm prides itself on guiding clients smoothly through their transactions. Your role is integral to maintaining this standard. • Managerial and Business Development Skills: Previous experience in a leadership role with a focus on client and business growth.
