I'm currently working with a high-growth gaming business in London looking to appoint a newly qualified / recently qualified Management Accountant. This role offers strong stakeholder exposure and genuine progression in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts
Complete balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end close (accruals, prepayments, journals)
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Maintain and strengthen financial controls
Deliver ad hoc analysis to understand key business drivers and financial impact
Provide analytical support to inform decision-making
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
About You:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified is desirable
Experience in planning, forecasting and delivering meaningful financial insight
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables etc.)
Comfortable managing and analysing large data sets
Confident presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
You will need to be a UK resident

This role will be based in London with flexible hybrid working.
