Media Specialist, Amazon (SharkNinja)


OVERVIEW

The Amazon Marketing Team within SharkNinja drives our products through the Amazon platforms across Europe– from setup, content, optimisation and creative positioning through to driving demand and awareness. We strive to deliver best in class content and seamless customer journey that translates into high visibility, strong conversion and long‑term brand growth.

We’re seeking a collaborative and detail‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support Digital Marketing Managers across the Amazon Advertising ecosystem. This role is focused on enabling great work by supporting campaign planning, coordinating with creative and agency partners, and helping turn data into insights that improve performance.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with others, has a strong eye for detail and creative effectiveness, and is excited to build deep expertise in Amazon marketing.


What You’ll Do

* Support Digital Marketing Managers with the execution and day‑to‑day support of campaigns across Sponsored Ads, DSP, social, affiliates, and emerging formats
* Assist with the briefing, implementation and performance reporting of creative assets across Amazon ad formats
* Support creative testing initiatives across messaging, formats, imagery, and placements by arranging tests and tracking results
* Work closely with agency partners to support day‑to‑day comms, delivery, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Update and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support team decision‑making
* Help identify and share performance trends, issues, and opportunities with Digital Marketing Managers
* Support analysis using AMC, Retail Analytics, and internal BI tools under guidance to better understand customer behaviour and campaign performance
* Document learnings, test results, and best practices to support continuous improvement across the team
* Work closely with Amazon sales, content, brand, and creative teams to support aligned execution
* Act as a dependable point of support to help ensure smooth delivery across multiple managers and workstreams
* Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and documentation across campaigns and reporting
* Support budget tracking, PO set‑up, and invoice reconciliation under manager guidance


What You’ll Bring

* 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce (Amazon experience preferred)
* Understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, particularly Sponsored Ads and PPC (DSP experience a plus)
* Experience working with agencies or creative partners is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and performance metrics
* Interest in creative effectiveness and how messaging, imagery, and formats impact performance
* Curious mindset with a desire to learn and test new ideas
* Highly organised and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Collaborative and dependable, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
* Clear and confident communicator, able to share insights and updates effectively
* Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting others to succeed
* Positive, growth‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
