This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to work within a supportive network of schools. Assignments may range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences. The Role: Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (depending on experience) Follow school policies and established lesson plans Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Adapt quickly to different school settings within the trust Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally The Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK Has experience teaching in UK primary schools Is flexible, reliable, and confident working across different settings Demonstrates strong classroom management skills Has a genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
