£70,000-£80,000 (OTE 100k) + Training on Pricing + Progression + Days Based + Performance Bonus
Are you a Civil/Structural Engineer or Building Surveyor looking to step into a senior role with an established basement contractor offering training on pricing and building projects, progression to CEO/Director level and a performance bonus to boost your income surplus of £100,000?
This is a growing specialising in basement construction, working on a diverse portfolio of residential projects in and around London. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for technical excellence, the company offers a dynamic environment with genuine opportunities for progression.
This is a client-facing role involving regular site visits to assess projects and build strong relationships with clients and homeowners. You will confidently explain technical solutions and clearly present project scope and pricing. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate, well-structured quotations.
This role would suit a Civil/Structural or Building Surveyor who is highly presentable, articulate, and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills ready to step into a role with real progression to CEO a director.
The Role:
* Site visits building strong relationships with clients
* Prepare accurate tender proposals and explaining the quotation
* Training on building basements and pricing projects
* Mon-Fri, from 9:00am to 5:00pm
* Performance bonus scheme - OTE £100,000
The Person:
* Structural/Civil Engineer or Building Surveyor
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Commutable to Watford and happy to visit sites around London and the Home Counties
