Job Description
* Cashflow preparation and management
* Reconciling the current bank accounts / IF facility / Import loan position
* Review salary reports / reconcile salary control accounts (including PAYE / NI / pension / attachment of earnings)
* Calculate sales commissions for monthly salary payments
* IF reconciliation (weekly & monthly)
* Import loan reconciliation
* VAT return preparation / reconciliation
* Review group balance sheets
* Review payment runs (in line with cashflow model)
* Intercompany reconciliation
* Statutory submissions
* Pensions data management
* Support with plastic tax / waste / batteries workings & submissions
* Insurance claims management
* Support with year-end audit prep as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally be:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be driven to want to achieve and learn on the job
- Able to identify issues and deal them independent of support
- When support is needed - use the learnings to develop future practice
- Be able to work closely with the wider business
- Confident Excel user
What's on Offer
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 FTE DOE
Part-Time working pattern
Hybrid working (1 day at home a week)
Flexi start time (when necessary)
