Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist at Wessex Lodge School
We are expanding our clinical service and have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. The role involves delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils, supporting the expansion of our clinical provision, and making a meaningful difference through a holistic, therapeutic approach.
Location: Wessex Lodge School and associated children’s homes, South West
About the Role
1. Manage an Occupational Therapy caseload at Wessex Lodge School and children’s homes.
2. Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice with the Clinical Team.
3. Work collaboratively to support pupils' development and wellbeing.

Candidate Requirements
* Occupational Therapy degree.
* Sensory Integration trained to minimum Practitioner level (PGCert) or willing to complete this training.
* Registered with HCPC and RCOT.
* At least 3 years’ experience in SEN education or similar caseload.
* Experience managing complex caseloads.
* Strong report writing skills.
* Full UK driving license, access to a car, and ability to travel as needed.
* Ability to work independently under supervision.
* Experience working within multi-professional teams.
