Compliance / Audit Recruitment Consultant (360 Role)

We're looking for an experienced biller (circa £150k–£200k+) who thrives in a full lifecycle recruitment role — from business development through to candidate delivery and placement.
The Role
* Full 360 recruitment position within Compliance / Audit markets
* Build, develop, and own your client base
* Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end
* Work with high-value clients and senior-level candidates
* Drive revenue and grow your desk with autonomy
What We're Looking For
* Proven billing history (£150k–£200k+ preferred)
* Strong experience in Compliance or Audit recruitment
* Confident in business development and client management
* Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
* Comfortable working in a 360 capacity
