We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production/Sales Administrator to join this manufacturing company, based at their Head Office in Morley, Leeds. This role will suit a candidate who enjoys working as part of a team, providing a high standard of customer service from order to delivery, is accurate, works efficiently, and can proritise a busy workload. Key Objectives and Responsibilities: Log remedial issues reported from site, determine original sales order, delivery date and if free of charge / chargeable. Obtain images where possible. Raise new remedial sales order with correct part number, prices (where applicable). Liaise with internal departments to determine product availability. Expedite remedial orders efficiently and cost effectively. Liaise with site fitters and transport. Create weekly loading transport schedule. Maintain loading schedule by running daily delivery notes and sales invoices. Investigate and report failed deliveries and update schedule accordingly. Book all external transport cost effectively, including short notice deliveries. Ensure all relevant departments are updated of any additions or amendments. Check Senators weekly installation plan for delivery times and site contact details. Reconcile against M1 system. Coordinate and administer installation orders. Obtain sign off, check install quote matches the purchase order details. Input sales order onto M1 and install diary. Issue and follow up site information sheets to determine actual installation date, report any anomalies against install quote. Co-ordinate installation between client, factory, and fitting team. Ensure factory orders reflect installation dates with relevant departments and install diary. Issue installation packs, site sheet, layout drawings, location drawings (when available). Maintain installation diary. Reconcile and report monthly installation costs. Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Can organise and prioritise workload to meet required targets and objectives Good knowledge of Excel required Ability to work effectively in a busy environment Self-motivated with a positive attitude Able to work as part of a team or individually Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday Salary: £28,000 Reference: WS 334
