Our client, an esteemed sustainable family run business is seeking to expand their team due to their rapidly growing company, specializing in eco-friendly, panelised Passivhaus building systems, is looking for a Timber Frame Designer to join our dynamic team. With a rich heritage in producing engineered timber products, they are embarking on an exciting phase of developing high-quality, sustainable housing solutions. Position: Full-time, Permanent, Flexible Shifts (Must be in-between 8.30-5.30)
Salary: A competitive salary of up to £45k per year (Depending on experience)
Location: Wrexham - Partial remote working available, relocation package for the right candidate.

Required Experience:
-Previous timber frame designing experience preferably using AutoCAD (preferably) is essential.
- Design/Architecture/Computing Qualification is advantageous but not essential; we value experience highly.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and capable of managing standard office tasks efficiently.
- A team player who is also comfortable working independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing timber frame structures using CAD software, preferably with experience in AutoCAD and Elecosoft's Framing add-on (though expertise in alternative timber frame software is also valued).
- Liaising with clients, architects, and builders to resolve design-related queries and collaborating with our manufacturing team to ensure design integrity.
- Contributing to team management and business development activities, depending on experience level.
