Health & Safety Advisor (6-Month Contract)
London (covering a residential portfolio across the South of the UK)
Hybrid: 2 days working from home
Salary: £43,000 per annum (pro rata)
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a diverse residential portfolio across the South of the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive H&S professional with strong residential sector experience to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide competent health and safety advice across a residential property portfolio
* Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
* Support compliance with current H&S legislation and best practice
* Work closely with property, facilities and contractor teams to drive a positive safety culture
About You
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the residential sector
* NEBOSH qualified (Certificate minimum; Diploma desirable)
* Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
* Willing to travel across the South of the UK as required
Salary & Benefits
* £43,000 per annum (pro rata)
