Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality food production
- Assist in the development and implementation of menus and recipes
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with managing inventory and controlling food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative dishes and menu items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
